Shipping Policy

At Thulya, each jewellery piece is meticulously handcrafted, ensuring quality and uniqueness. Our shipping timelines are as follows:

  • In-stock products: Shipped within 2-5 working days from order confirmation.

  • Pre-orders and custom-made designs: As these are crafted especially for you, they will take 5-30 days to create and ship.

  • Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Please Note:

  • Working days exclude weekends and public holidays.

  • Shipping times may vary based on your location and courier service efficiency.

  • We currently ship across India. For international orders, please contact us.

Product Appearance Disclaimer

We strive to represent our products as accurately as possible; however, please note that:

  • The actual colour and texture of the jewellery may vary slightly from what is seen on screen due to differences in screen resolutions, device display settings, and lighting conditions during photography.

  • Minor variations are natural and expected in handcrafted pieces, adding to their uniqueness and charm.

 

Return & Exchange Policy

As each piece is handmade with care, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, an exchange will be considered only if the product is damaged during transit, subject to the following conditions:

  1. Proof of Damage:

    • Customers must provide an unboxing video recorded from the moment the package is opened. This video must clearly show the unopened package and any damage to the product.

    • Requests without an unboxing video will not be eligible for an exchange.

  2. Exchange Process:

    • If your product arrives damaged and meets the proof requirements, please contact us at [your email] within 24 hours of delivery, providing the unboxing video and order details.

    • Once verified, we will arrange an exchange for the same item.

    • Exchange requests beyond the 24-hour window will not be accepted.

Important Notes:

  • No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

  • We are not responsible for damages caused by mishandling after delivery.
